I have ordered more than 5 pair of glasses from this company. Very pleased with the frames they are all authentic.

I have paid well over $165 to FedEx for shipping . if shipping is not free which clearly it's not then why would your company advertise that it's free. This just makes your ratings for good quality service goes down. how can you help me?

I would love to order more frames but this shipping fee of $33 to$50 is killing me. Help!

how can I get a refunded back what I HAVE PAID FOR SHIPPING? I would love to refer your company to friends and family but....not at this cost.

But what we state, FREE SHIPPING is true. The bills you have been receiving are about duties but if you are in the US and as stated on our website as well, we will refund you.
